As currently built, this website has no backend and no database. Specifically:

• The qualification form validates your answers in your browser and shows a confirmation. It does not transmit them anywhere. Nothing you type into it reaches us until that form is connected to a real destination.
• The cost-per-funded-loan calculator runs entirely in your browser. The figures you enter are never sent, stored or seen by us.
• No analytics, advertising or tracking cookies are set by this site.

Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, which can include IP addresses and request details, for security and operational purposes.

The qualification form is designed to collect your name, work email, phone number, NMLS ID, the states you are licensed in, your company, your recent production range, whether you control your marketing budget, and how quickly you can respond to an opportunity.

When it is connected, that information will be used to assess whether the program is a fit and to contact you about it. It will not be sold.
