Fit
We say no more often than we say yes.
Both lists are published, in the same size type. The fastest way to waste seven thousand dollars is to be sold something that was never going to work for you.

The filter
Read the right-hand column first.
If more than one of those describes you today, the honest answer is not yet — and we would rather you find that out here than on an invoice.
This is for you if…
You are already closing loans
You have proven you can sell. The problem is consistency and dependence on referrals, not competence. This is a growth system for a working originator, not a starter kit.
You control your own marketing
You can decide to run a campaign under your own name and get it approved. Independent, broker-channel and non-bank originators usually can; some branch and depository roles cannot.
You answer fast, or you can start
Response time is the highest-leverage habit in this business and the one thing we cannot do for you. The system will hand you the conversation. You have to be there.
You have room to take more applications
More opportunities are only worth buying if there is capacity to work them. If you are already at your ceiling, this is the wrong quarter for it.
Your economics justify the fee
Enough margin and volume that a handful of incremental funded loans pays for the program several times over. If it takes most of your year to break even, we will say so.
Your market and products suit digital acquisition
Some geographies and product mixes convert online; some do not. We check this before anything else, and it is a genuine no in a meaningful number of cases.
This is not for you if…
You want cheap leads
There is a whole industry ready to sell you those, often cheaper than us. If cost per lead is the number you are shopping on, we are the wrong call — our entire argument is that it is the wrong number.
You are not going to call in minutes
If new opportunities sit until tomorrow morning, the automation will do its job and the pipeline will still die. No acquisition system survives an unanswered phone.
Your company will not allow outside marketing
Some employers do not approve independent campaigns, and some approve them so slowly that nothing can run. That is a legitimate constraint, not a failure — but it makes this unworkable.
You expect results without working the pipeline
We own acquisition and the follow-up system. You own the conversation, the application and the sale. Nothing here removes that half of the work.
You are brand new to origination
The program assumes an existing book, an existing process and existing lender relationships. Without them, a $7,000 program fee is money spent learning things a system cannot teach you.
You want a guarantee with no conditions attached
Performance-backed means written conditions on both sides. If reading eight defined terms before signing sounds like a red flag rather than the point, we are not going to be a good fit.
The program fee is $7,000, with media spend quoted separately. “Performance-backed” describes a fee structure subject to eligibility, operating requirements and written guarantee terms — not a promise that any particular number of loans will close.
The audience
What they say. What they mean.
Same sentence, two different jobs. Most of this industry sells to the left column.
- “I need more leads.”
- “I need more closings.”
- “I already tried Facebook leads.”
- “Nobody ever helped me work them.”
- “My company already has a CRM.”
- “The software is not the part that is broken.”
- “I just want agent referrals.”
- “I need a second channel that does not put my referrals at risk.”
- “How do I know you can close anything?”
- “Show me funded loans, with dates and numbers.”
- “Whose leads are they?”
- “I am not racing four other lenders for the same borrower.”
- “What counts toward the guarantee?”
- “Tell me the terms before I sign, not after.”

Five questions decide it.
Licence, production, budget control, response speed, and how to reach you. It takes about a minute, and a no comes back as a no — not as a nurture sequence.
Subject to eligibility, operating requirements and written guarantee terms. Markets are limited and availability changes.
Not sure which column you are in? The calculator settles the economics half of it with your own numbers, and the call settles the rest.
