Casa Ya Loans is not a mortgage lender, a mortgage broker or a licensed loan originator. It does not originate loans, does not take applications for credit and does not make credit decisions.

Nothing on this site is an offer to lend, a commitment to lend, or an advertisement of credit terms. Consumer-facing advertising produced under this program is the advertising of the licensed Loan Officer or lender named in it, and carries their identity, their NMLS disclosures and their required state disclosures.

Industry statistics on this site are third-party public data with the source named alongside them. They are not Casa Ya Loans results.

• The worked example on the proof page uses invented, round figures to illustrate arithmetic. It is not a client result, a typical result, or a forecast.
• The calculator computes only from figures you enter. Its output is arithmetic on your inputs, not a prediction and not a representation of results you should expect.
• No testimonials, client results or funded-loan figures appear anywhere on this site. When they do, they will be real, current, permissioned and attributed, consistent with the FTC Consumer Reviews and Testimonials Rule (16 CFR Part 465).
• Photography and illustration on this site are for illustration only. No image depicts a client, a testimonial, an actual result or a real pipeline.

“Performance-backed” describes a program fee structure subject to eligibility, operating requirements and written guarantee terms. It is not a guarantee that any specific number of loans will close, that any specific revenue will be earned, or that any specific result will be achieved.
